MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Hi everyone, this is Danielle! We went over to Grandma and Grandpa's the other night with some friends, to let the kids see the train and decorations. They loved it! There are more that wanted to go, but weren't able to. They told us to invite them next year. Thank you Grandma and Grandpa for letting all these kids play with your Christmas things! Love you!

BONFIRE

Wednesday night we had a bonfire at the bottom of Grandpa's field. It was a lot of fun! We had hot dogs, chili, hot chocolate, cookies, and chips. It was plenty warm right up by the fire, and it only rained a little.

Our Fun Thanksgiving

Hello family,

As you know, this year was the year we had Christmas at Grandma and Grandpa Bradshaw's home (Great Grandparents for some). Thank you everyone who worked so hard to ensure the success of another family get together. We missed all of the White's and Atkins, but we sure had fun at grandma and grandpa's for Thanksgiving. It was great to see everyone. Those in attendance included Roger, Colleen, and Jeanne; Angie, Gates, Walter, and Roger; Lee, DeAnn, Alyson, Ashley, and Seth; Brent, Monica, Jessica, Megan, Hailey, and Brandon; Brian, Nancy, Corey, Tyler, Shayden, Reagan, Wesley (in Spirit), and Kandalyn; Mark, Debbie, Michael, Jacob, and Betty (Debbie's mom); Sam and Heather (and coming in six months baby); Dan and Melinda; Wade, Cindy, Douglas, Ethan, and Kaydon; Preston, Danielle, Braxton, and Mason; Candace and Kyarra. I hope I didn't leave anyone off.

Grandpa of course fell asleep at one point.

Guess what! So did grandma.

Everyone had fun lounging and watching the free entertainment.

After our delicious supposed to be non-guilt meal, everyone spent time talking (those boring adults) and playing. Many played games, watched games, went to play basketball, and much more. Everyone had so much fun. I took many pictures for everyone to see. Enjoy...

VETERANS DAY

As written in the paper: "As many of you may know, Veterans' Day was on Tuesday, November 11. Beaver High had the opportunity to host a Veterans' Day assembly. To start off Veterans' Day, the student body gathered in the South parking lot for a flag raising ceremony. A group of six National Guard soldiers slowly raised the flag, then lowered it to half mast to honor the lives lost in American wars. With hands over their hearts, the students listened to Taps and watched the flag fly over their heads. A group of American Legion Veterans fired shots closing the flag raising ceremony." Grandpa is directly in the middle.

Gillian and Jeremy

Jeremy happily mowing the lawn.

Gillian and Jeremy

As parents, we all find the need to pass along responsibility to our children. Doing chores as a family and seeing the end results. One of the chores Gillian and Jeremy had to help with this summer was yard work. Pulling weeds, mowing the yard, etc.
They both thought mowing the lawn was the greatest chore ever! Every week, they would argue as to who got to mow the lawn first.

Blog List

Hey Fam,

Danielle just asked us to put a picture of Micah up on this blog, but I find myself having a hard enough time updating my own blog that I was about to disregard the comment. Then my mind said something like "well, maybe I can link G&G's blog to our blog...." So I have logged onto this blog and added a feature on the right that has a list of the family blogs that I know from memory (ours, my mom's, Joshua and Camelia's and Candace's). If you already have a blog, you can also add it to this list. Now instead of having to make updates in two places, this blog has a link to our blogs. Again, you can look to the right and see the "blog list" which keeps the most recent updated blog at the top. Hope to see yours there soon!

love to all,
Tony
